# Listing Eligibility Criteria

### Our goal at Solex is to foster and support the most promising projects in the Solex ecosystem. We welcome applications from passionate entrepreneurs in the DeFi and Web3 sectors who are ready to take their projects to new heights.

Our Selection Criteria for IDOs:

1. **Team Verification (KYC)**: At least two key team members must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
2. **Internal Doxxing**: Team members must be fully doxxed with the Solex team.
3. **Investor-Friendly Terms**: Projects should be prepared to offer favorable terms for Solex investors.
4. **Commitment to Support**: There must be a willingness to actively support and engage with Solex investors.
5. **Experienced Team**

Your team should know blockchain, business, and the area you're working in. We look for teams with a history of success and who are really into making their project work for the long haul.
6. **Clear Plan and Business Approach**

You need a clear plan with goals you can actually reach. Your business approach should show you understand the market, your competitors, and how you'll make money.
7. **Strong Tech Base**

Your project needs to be built on solid technology that's safe and can grow. We ask for a detailed tech explanation (a whitepaper) and, if you have it, a basic version of your project or a sample of how it works.

We're looking for projects that not only align with our values but also demonstrate potential for significant growth and positive impact within the Solex ecosystem.
