# SOLEX INSURANCE

Insurance plays a crucial role in providing an extra layer of security for investors, especially in the unpredictable cryptocurrency market. The high risk of hacks and fraud in this sector underscores the importance of having strong protective measures in place.

Given the substantial investments involved in our launchpad, we prioritize implementing stringent security protocols and offering insurance to our investors against potential system breaches. The Solex Insurance feature is designed to protect investors funds in several ways:

1. **Investment Coverage**: In the event of a security breach or cyberattack, this insurance ensures that investors' funds are covered, helping to reduce potential losses.
2. **Insurance Fund**: Solex will allocate a small amount of the total amount raised in our presale to this fund. This amount will be used for the upcoming projects hosted on our platform.

**Tier Benefits**:

* **Tier 3 (best tier)**: A big % of your initial investment will be refunded if anything bad happens with the project. (scenarios mentioned above)
* **Tier 2**: Receive a percentage of the initial back.
* **Tier 1**: Does not benefit from the insurance pool.

*Note: Please be aware, Solex Insurance offers protection exclusively for severe events such as hacks, thefts, or rug pulls occurring at the project's launch. It is not applicable for declines in a project's interest or engagement due to natural market movements or changes in community focus.*
